Minna Hershkowitz has had over 8 years of experience as a personal trainer, training clients of all age groups in a wide range of specialties. Minna’s specialties include TRX, Surfeit, Bootcamp, Zumba, and strength and conditioning workouts.  Sandbox Fitness, located in Los Angeles, CA, teaches classes covering a variety of workouts, including Sandworks, Beach Yoga, Surfset, and Beach Basics. Its increasing popularity is exemplified in its KTLA Channel 5 feature this past June.
