Lowering Stress: Interview with Motti Shenker, Licensed Family and Marriage Therapist

Host of Living Healthy, Living Well registered dietician Ilana Muhlstein interviews Licensed Family and Marriage Therapist Motti Shenker about his suggestions for ways you can decrease your stress in the workplace, at home, through your faith, and by taking control over stressful situations.

Motti Shenker is a licensed Family and Marriage Therapist with a Private Practice in Los Angeles, CA. He is also a Rabbi, and is the director of the Jewish Marriage Institute and director of the Young Couples Program at Aish HaTorah Los Angeles.
